- Slave-Pit of Drazhu, by Jason Morningstar
- 20 Dungeon Starters, by Marshall Miller and Mark Tygart [“Dungeon Starters” are one-page sketches with a location, monster, treasure, atmosphere, cold start, and enough questions and info to kick off an adventure with player input; you can probably find some free Dungeon Starters on the web without buying the book]
- Funnel World (core rules plus 3 intro adventures), by Jason Lutes and Fiendish Funnel Starters by Mark Tygart [start your DW campaigns in DCC style with a meat grinder of 0-level peasants that might survive to become lvl-1 DW adventurers; it’s fun and low commitment]
- Servants of the Cinder Queen, by Jason Lutes (longer adventure but good at leaning into the strengths and style of DW)
- One Shot World, by Yochai Gal [not an adventure, but a good overview of how to prep for a DW one shot or tournament game by trimming core Dungeon World down to essentials]
- [Many adventures by Joe Banner under 20 pgs each]
- I find Michael Prescott’s Trilemma free one-page map / cross-section adventures to be beautiful, inspiring, and each one easily adaptable to DW for short adventures (just add PCs). He also has a book of these collected (statless) map adventures, and a bestiary statted for 5e and a separate bestiary statted for Dungeon World.
- In the Hallways of Thime, by Bastien Wauthoz [a one-page map adventure in the style of Trilemma above]
- Temple of the Moon Priests: winner of the One Page Dungeon contest (2017?), this statless map adventure works nicely for DW. Annotations, extra stuff, some stats, and a link to the original are all free here.
My favorite actual play of Dungeon World is a 4.5 hour video here, which demonstrates how DW can be humorous/zany/surprising yet remain within a fantasy setting adhering to DW principles.
